Supporting Rural Wellbeing in the Upper Clutha

Community Link, in partnership with Path Wānaka, is continuing to support rural wellbeing through a series of practical mental health sessions designed for those living and working in our rural communities.

Grow Us Well is a down‑to‑earth, practical wellbeing programme designed specifically for rural men and women who want to build better health, strengthen their mindset, and improve everyday resilience. Delivered locally across Southland and Otago, this three‑part workshop series is coming to Wānaka offering those working in rural settings the chance to step out of their own heads, learn useful tools, and enjoy good company over a hearty meal.

Each workshop stands alone, so participants can join for just one session or commit to the full series at a discounted rate. Across the three events, each session will explore realistic, no‑fluff strategies to improve wellbeing, tackle stress, and build stronger habits.

Wānaka Workshop Series

Workshop 1 – 17 June, 5:30–8:30pm
Building the 4 Walls of Health

Workshop 2 – 15 July, 5:30–8:30pm
Growth Mindset and Tools to Improve Health and Wellbeing

Workshop 3 – 13 August, 5:30–8:30pm
The Science of Improving Performance and Resilience

All sessions include a full meal and snacks, with the same venue and facilitators throughout. It’s a welcoming space for those in rural, trade, or hands‑on roles who want practical tools, good conversations, and a chance to reset.

Tickets are $30 per session or $75 for all three.
