Connect & Thrive Wellbeing Session - for parents of young tamariki

Take some time to check in with yourself and reflect on your wellbeing in a facilitated, supportive conversation.

Connect with other parents in the community and explore simple, practical ways to boost your wellbeing while navigating the challenges and joys of raising young children.

Together we will:

  • Explore what wellbeing means as parents of young children.

  • Reflect on the evidence-based 5 Ways to Wellbeing and how they show up in everyday life.

  • Practice simple wellbeing and connection exercises.

  • Create a personalised plan to help you and your whānau connect and thrive.

When: Thursday 15 October, 10:00am to 11:30am
Where: Upper Clutha Plunket Rooms
Cost: Free | RSVP please for catering purposes.
Extras: Morning tea provided and babies are welcome.

This session is facilitated by Headlight Wellbeing Together, hosted by Whānau Āwhina Plunket, and supported by Community Link Upper Clutha.
