This workshop will focus on the essential policies that every non-profit board needs. We will concentrate on governance policies, covering key areas such as finance, health and safety, risk management, diversity and inclusion, as well as AI and cybersecurity policies.

The workshops are designed to be practical, plus we’ll provide toolkits and templates for you to take away and adapt for your organisations.
