Built for Seasons - Cycle Smart for Rural Women

You’re not meant to feel the same every day - and you’re not failing if you don’t.

Rural women live by the seasons, yet often expect themselves to run at full pace all month long. This practical, down-to-earth workshop explores how your beliefts and menstrual cycle affects energy, mood, focus, and capacity, and how to work with it, not against it.

You’ll learn how to align movement, work demands, nourishment, and self-care with your natural hormonal rhythm, using realistic strategies that fit rural life. We’ll also tackle the mindset piece, letting go of guilt, giving yourself permission to rest, and recognising that caring for yourself is part of doing a good job.

You’ll leave with:

  • A clear understanding of the four phases of your cycle

  • Practical guidance on when to push, pause, plan, or rest

  • Tools to recognise body and behavioural cues early

  • A simple, personalised cycle support plan you can actually use

This workshop is for rural women who are strong, capable - and ready to stop running on empty.
