2026 Christmas Fundraiser
Join us in helping every family experience the joy and magic of Christmas this year.
Over the past 12 months, Community Link has seen a significant increase in the number of local families seeking support. More and more people in our community are struggling to make ends meet, and for families already under pressure, Christmas can add another layer of stress and anxiety.
We need your help. Whether you’re a neighbour, business, school, or club, Community Link asks that you join in to help support those in our community who have had a tough year.
Your donation will provide food, treats and wraparound support for local whānau who need it most
“I have supported my children on my own for seven years, but after being made redundant following the sale of the business I worked for, I suddenly found myself facing Christmas and the summer holidays with no job. Reluctantly, I turned to the food bank for help. Thanks to the support I received, what could have been a miserable and stressful holiday period became a time of gratitude, simple joys, and happy memories with my children. We were able to enjoy a Christmas feast we never expected and a truly special day together.”
